I decided at 11pm, the day before advent, to start Christmas schooling. I decided to drop our regular curriculum for the month as a break for us. I had heard about Treehouse Schoolhouse online and decided to purchase it after looking at how easy it is to implement and my library has most books. This has been our best December yet! My children wake up every morning excited to learn a new country and make a new handicraft or baked good. This will be my go to from now on. :)
My family loved this unit!! The only thing I would have liked were QR codes for the suggested books on YouTube or their ISBN numbers. Overall a fabulous open and go unit! We subbed out making piñatas & made paper plate poinsettias for Mexico but otherwise followed the activities fairly close. I love that you can easily flex things to meet the needs of your family!

My order was shipped in a carboard box that was too large to fit inside my mailbox. The shipping company placed it on the ground under my mailbox where it sat overnight in the pouring rain. The box was soaking wet and the paper bound items within it were wet. I suggest a more reliable shipping service.

We are so sorry to hear about your package getting ruined! Unforuntately, the warehouse we use chooses the shipping service based on the location (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) it is out of our control where the carrier service places the package.

I have bought several nature treehouse curriculum, so I was excited for Christmas around the world. I just received it and will start Monday. It's beautiful and so much work has been put into it! It truly requires little preparation.
However, I have a complaint. The beautiful verses, poems, and art are INSIDE the binder. I did go back and look, that is what's advertised. But, in the pictures you see it beautifully displayed similarly to the nature curriculum. For a moment I considered ripping them out, but they are double sided. I cannot display the hymn and poem at the same time and I'd rip teacher material out to display the rest.
I'm disappointed because I thought I was ready with beautiful pictures and now I have to pay more money to get them printed. It's only 12 pages, but I don't understand why those pages weren't included separately for easy display. Just the one thing lacking from making this exceptional curriculum.
