I have not used “gameschooling” in our homeschool until recently. As I reflect on our year of homeschooling, I am proud of how we spent our days learning as a family. I see how we were able to learn together as we dove into learning themes, projects, and adventures that enriched our children’s education. The holidays are an amazing time to tap into learning opportunities while enjoying all of the seasonal activities. As we spend time in meal prep, cleaning, hosting, baking, and the holiday aftermath, these are opportunities to invite children to come alongside us and learn valuable life skills.
