Visual Daily Rhythm Cards & Daily Rhythm Checklist

Children are highly visual–they can feel particularly out of control when they don't know what to expect of their day. It brings children so much peace to have a visual schedule with boxes they can check off as they go throughout the day. In order to set up your days for the best success, I recommend using a visual schedule to support your children from the time they are very young. I saw the benefit of using one for every child when I was a teacher.

That's why I created these Visual Daily Rhythm Cards and Daily Rhythm Checklist. This 22-page set includes options for children of all ages. The set is fully customizable so you can fill in your own personal daily rhythm and common daily activities. Each set includes:

I suggest you print these cards on cardstock and laminate them. I hang mine on the chalkboard using velcro–you can also use sticky tack. For best print results, I suggest you print using Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free application. Full print and editing instructions are included in the download.
